Who is Coach Kirsty?

Hi, I’m Kirsty. I am an Inner Child Healer and I have been where you are right now!

Growing up, I didn’t remember much of my childhood, only that bad things had happened. I often felt numb and stuck, overwhelmed and out of control, sinking deeper into depression and anxiety. I isolated myself, said no to opportunities, and battled with self-sabotage, thinking something was wrong with me.

In 2020, I embraced my spiritual side and began an incredible journey towards healing my Inner Child and clearing my Ancestral Trauma. Through deep healing, connecting with my Ancestors and Inner Child, I transformed my life. The payoff? Priceless.

With over 12 years in the Criminal Justice System, including working with pregnant women and those facing adoption, leading programs to prevent incarceration, and specializing in Women’s Trauma, I became a Trauma-Informed Practitioner. I now consult with government agencies to ensure psychological safety for their staff.

Using my personal and professional experiences, I created my business to serve the world beyond the Criminal Justice System. I've helped over 100 women get out of their storms, visualize their future selves, and unblock their businesses to reach their goals.
